2. Definitions

• Platform: Voltmeta® mobile application and website
• User: Natural or legal persons using the Platform
• Service: Electric vehicle charging services
• Station: Charging stations and equipment

3. Creating an Account

To use the platform:

• You must be over 18
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for account security
• You cannot share your account with others

4. Service Usage

When using recharging services:

• You must follow station instructions
• You must observe safety rules
• You must not damage equipment
• You must not disturb other users

5. Payment and Billing

• Charge charges are calculated instantly
• Payments are collected automatically
• Billing information can be viewed in the app
• Refund requests should be forwarded to our support team

6. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited:

• Abusing the platform
• Providing false information
• Trying to manipulate the system
• Infringing copyright
• Disseminating malware

7. Limitation of Liability

Voltmeta®:

• Not liable for service interruptions
• Not liable for third party damages
• Not liable for vehicle damage
• Not liable for loss of data
